“I was looking to move from an apartment in New York to a house in New Jersey and needed guidance as I had a ton of questions. Barbara Uhl was my shepherd throughout the entire process. We spent about 45 minutes during our initial phone call just going over what I was looking for, my concerns, and features that would be considered a plus, a negative, or outright deal breaker. I'm a research nut, so she took time to answer all of my questions and made sure to follow up on anything she wasn't sure about. While touring homes, she never tried to sell us on the home, but instead said "when you find your home, you'll know it." We purchased our first property which was an as is property and all the inspections and home repairs were our responsibility. She was available for every repair and inspection! Even on late notice. I could call her at any time of the day and she would answer her phone and get back to me with answers in a timely fashion. She recommend an excellent home inspector whom we will definitely use again if we ever decide to move! Even recommended our loan officer who was awesome as well! Closing was smooth and fast!
